عوامل فرهنگی و اجتماعی مؤثر در ارتکاب جرم قتل توسط زنان (مطالعه موردی: زنان قاتل دهه 1390 در استان اصفهان)

چکیده
در بین انحرافات، مسئله قتل که شدیدترین نوع جرم است؛ صدمات غیرقابل جبرانی را به خانواده و به طبع به جامعه وارد می‌کند. از آنجا که قتل احساس امنیت اجتماعی را کاهش داده و سلامت روانی و اجتماعی را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد، مطالعه و بررسی اینکه چه علل و عواملی بر ارتکاب جرم قتل توسط زنان مؤثر می‌باشد، ضروری است. هم‌چنین با شناخت این عوامل می‌توان راهکارهای کاربردی جهت کاهش چنین اتفاق ناگواری برای خانواده و جامعه ارائه نمود. در پژوهش حاضر که به روش توصیفی‌­_ تحلیلی انجام شد، جهت پی بردن به مؤثرترین علل در ارتکاب جرم قتل توسط زنان در استان اصفهان، پرسشنامه‌ای تنظیم گردید.در این پژوهش کلیه زنان متهم و محکوم به جرم قتل در زندان اصفهان جامعه آماری را تشکیل می‌دهند. و براساس جدول مورگان حجم نمونه تعداد 30 نفر از زنان محکوم یا متهم به قتل حاضر در زندان اصفهان در نظر گرفته شد. روش نمونه‌گیری مورد استفاده نیز، نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده(SRS) و در دسترس می‌باشد. پس از جمع‌بندی، داده‌ها در نرم‌افزار Spss و به روش توصیفی مورد تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد عوامل اقتصادی تأثیری در ارتکاب جرم قتل توسط زنان نداشته است. از بین عوامل اجتماعی نیز؛ تحصیلات کم، عدم پذیرش معبود توسط همسر و تفریحات ناسالم همسر، عدم وجود تفریحات برای مددجو، روابط عاطفی بسیار ضعیف و از بین عوامل روانی؛ بیماری روحی و پرخاشگری همسر مددجو، اعتیاد از جمله مهم‌ترین علل ارتکاب جرم قتل توسط زنان شناخته شد.

چکیده English

Among the deviations, the issue of murder, which is the most severe type of crime, causes irreparable damage to the family and, of course, to society. Since murder reduces the sense of social security and affects mental and social health, it is necessary to study and investigate what causes and factors affect the commission of the crime of murder by women. Also, by understanding these factors, practical solutions can be provided to reduce such a tragedy for the family and society.In the present study, which was conducted using a descriptive-analytical method, a questionnaire was prepared to find out the most effective causes of murder committed by women in Isfahan province. In this study, all women accused and convicted of murder in Isfahan Prison constitute the statistical population. Based on the Morgan table, the sample size was 30 women convicted or accused of murder present in Isfahan Prison. The sampling method used is simple random sampling (SRS) and is available. After summarizing, the data was statistically analyzed in the SPSS software using a descriptive method. The results showed that economic factors had no effect on women committing murder. Among social factors, low education, husband's rejection of God, wife's unhealthy entertainment, lack of entertainment for the client, very weak emotional relationships, and among psychological factors, mental illness and aggression of the client's wife, addiction were identified as the most important causes of women committing murder.
