This article is compiled with the aim of analyzing the challenges of women's moral rights in Iran and providing solutions based on the principles of justice and strengthening the family institution. The main research questions include how to facilitate judicial processes in family lawsuits, support women exposed to social harm, and optimize administrative costs. The research method, using the comparative analysis of domestic laws and legal systems of other countries, along with the review of field data and documentary evidence, tries to provide practical solutions. The results show that the amendment of executive regulations, the clear definition of criteria such as the best interest of the child in custody cases and the creation of specialized evaluation centers can improve judicial decisions. Also, the use of mandatory pre-trial counseling and the reduction of bureaucracy in divorce cases, in addition to reducing family tensions, will preserve the foundation of the family. To support women who are victims of violence, solutions such as creating safe houses, passing comprehensive protection laws, and establishing special courts have been proposed. These solutions, while respecting human dignity, provide the basis for improving psychological and social security. In addition, the use of new technologies, such as complaint registration and case management systems, increases the transparency and efficiency of the judicial system. The article concludes that by relying on existing capacities, reforming structures, and careful planning, one can take an effective step towards social justice, strengthening the family institution, and reducing social damages.
