In all human societies, particularly in Islamic society, the health of the organizational system is always of significant importance and necessity. Organizational cultural deviations—intentional or unintentional—occur in every society, influenced by various factors. Among the most important of these factors are cultural deviation, decision-making, inappropriate selection of organizational staff, and lack of adequate supervision. Given that organizations are the environment where administrative corruption manifests, organizational culture has been emphasized. In Islamic management culture, multiple solutions have been provided for each deviation factor. Therefore, this article aims, using a descriptive-analytical method, to explain and identify the factors of organizational cultural deviations and provide corrective measures from the perspective of Islamic culture. According to the research findings, the factors of organizational cultural deviations include: weaknesses in ethical beliefs, work conscience, individualism, inconsistency among values, dominance of relationships over regulations, weak organizational culture, existing internal loyalty culture, expansion and persistence of corruption, weak social control, illegal demands and expectations of individuals, performance of previous managers, impact on the current performance of the organization, meritocracy, and so on.
