Cultural Jurisprudence and Law Studies (CJLS) is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal published by Hazrat-e Masoumeh University (PBUH). The journal was established in 2024 to advance interdisciplinary research in the fields of Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh), law, culture, and communication.
In line with the University's cultural mission and academic objectives, the journal aims to promote scientific knowledge, identify and analyze emerging cultural challenges, and provide jurisprudential and legal solutions to contemporary cultural issues. By emphasizing Fiqh al-Thaqafah (Jurisprudence of Culture) as an interdisciplinary field of Islamic studies, the journal seeks to bridge the gap between traditional jurisprudential scholarship and modern cultural and legal studies.
